Terms of service

Last updated: 18 October 2026

These terms cover Zuriq.ai’s Companies, Places and Signals maps, intelligence articles, public business profiles and invited business accounts. They explain what you can use, what you are responsible for and how publication is managed.

1. Using Zuriq

You may browse, search and share links to public pages without an account. Using an invited business account also means accepting the account and contribution rules below. If you do not accept those rules, do not submit or publish content through an account.

Zuriq currently provides browsing and invited business accounts without a subscription checkout. These terms do not authorize charges. Any future paid service would need separate pricing and terms before purchase.

2. What the maps and Signals mean

Companies and Places combine curated records, public datasets and approved business information. Signals include source-linked intelligence and separately identified business updates. Source dates, coverage and geographic precision vary; a marker may identify a branch, an institution involved in a story or a representative policy anchor.

A listing, marker, category or article is not an endorsement, proof of ownership, verification of every claim or a guarantee that a business is open or operating at that location. Some summaries and classifications use automated or AI-assisted processing and may contain errors. Check the original source and the business directly before relying on an address, claim or announcement.

The service is for discovery and information. It is not navigation, emergency information, or investment, medical or legal advice. Timetable displays are estimates or scheduled data, not a promise of live vehicle positions.

3. Accounts and authority to represent a business

Business accounts are invited and assigned by an administrator. You must be authorized to represent the assigned business, use an email address you control, verify it and keep your credentials and setup links private. You choose your password through Firebase; administrators do not need your password.

Access applies only to the assigned business and its permitted locations. Do not transfer access to another business or person without administrator approval. If your authority ends or an account is compromised, stop using it. Administrators can replace the assigned contact, revoke sessions or suspend access. Account access and the public visibility of a listing are separate.

4. What you may submit

Submit accurate business information, images, logos, links and updates that you have the right to use. Do not upload confidential information, passwords, another person’s private contact details, images of people without the necessary permission, or content that infringes copyright, trademarks or privacy.

Do not impersonate another business; publish deceptive promotions, unlawful, threatening or discriminatory content; upload malware; or use links and images to attack visitors or the service. Do not bypass account assignments, moderation, pagination, rate limits or other access controls. Do not probe private records or collect personal data for spam.

5. Publication, review and corrections

Saving a draft does not publish it. Currently, profile text, contact links and profile/gallery images can publish directly. Logos, business identity, locations, categories and business-authored updates require administrator review. Passing review does not mean every claim is independently certified.

Owner contributions sit alongside the sourced catalog; editing your profile does not give you control over independent editorial articles or their sources. We may reject, correct, hide or remove contributions, suspend editing or restore an earlier version to address errors, abuse, rights complaints or security issues. We do not promise acceptance, placement, ranking or continuous publication.

Publication creates a version history. Reverting creates another version; it does not erase the previous one. Removing public content does not automatically delete private drafts, review records, audit history or retained images. See the Privacy policy.

6. Rights in content and data

You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant Zuriq permission to store, copy, resize, optimize, display and distribute that content to operate your profile, maps and updates, and to retain the versions needed for moderation, security and rollback. This permission does not transfer ownership of your business name, logo or images to Zuriq.

Source articles, company logos, maps and datasets may belong to third parties and have their own licenses. Access to this website does not grant permission to republish full articles, reuse protected images or remove attribution. Follow the original source terms, including the applicable OpenStreetMap and other map-data attribution requirements. You may link to Zuriq; bulk reuse of its presentation or compiled content needs an applicable license or permission.

7. Availability and responsibility

We may change features, correct data, impose reasonable technical limits or interrupt service for maintenance and security. Third-party hosting, authentication, map data and external websites can also be unavailable. Keep your own copies of submitted content; Zuriq is not a backup service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that the service is uninterrupted, complete or error-free, and are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on inaccurate listings, third-party content or service interruptions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or overrides mandatory consumer rights.

8. Leaving, changes and contact

You may stop using the service at any time. Signing out does not delete your account or remove published contributions. Use the contact form for account closure, personal-data requests, listing corrections, ownership disputes and content complaints. Include the relevant page and explain your relationship to the business where applicable. Messages are reviewed manually; no response deadline or automatic email confirmation is promised.

The operator’s legal identity and postal address have not yet been provided for publication. These remain outstanding disclosures; the contact form is available now and the missing identity details do not waive your rights.

Changes to these terms will be dated here. A future update does not retroactively take away rights you already have. Applicable law and mandatory jurisdiction rules continue to apply; these terms do not impose compulsory arbitration or a foreign court.
